Why cant i close this popup? And how can I?

[Android Central Question]

On my grandma's Android, she has this pop-up to do with her battery time expansion and storage, but it's not from her phone's system. And, there is no CLOSE or X to exit it. Also, it blocks the screen, so she can't turn off/restart her phone, or anything! How can I get rid of it when I can't even access anything?

Does it persist in Safe Mode?

Welcome to Android Central! Is this on the lockscreen only, or also on the homescreen? It's likely that she installed some app that included this as a "feature." She may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away.
