Why can't I connect to the Google server?

can not cantact to google server

i am using motog 2 gen phone. I have reset it.now when i m trying to use net it is giving me the error that cannot connect to Google server.. plz help me out ...

Welcome to Android Central! Why did you factory reset it--was it causing problems before? Does this issue occur on both wi-fi and mobile data?
