Why can't I copy/paste or use my Emojis on my S7 Edge?

I was using my phone and all of a sudden I noticed my ability to copy and paste was gone and then I could no longer use the built in emojis on whatsapp or snapchat or even my browser... is there something wrong with the apps or my phone and how can I fix it; please!

If you didn't change anything on the device, then the first step in troubleshooting an Android software issue is to clear the app and system caches. It's similar to cleaning the TEMP folders on your PC. That should fix most software issues.

BTW, don't get one of those maintenance apps. It's a very simple process for you do it yourself.
