Emails keep reappearing after deleting them

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using a POP3 email account on the stock Email app? If so, do you know if it's set to delete the email on the POP3 server? I believe you can set it to delete or not delete--so if it's set to the latter, then each time the email syncs, it might show up again.
