Why can't I deselect the Samsung Keyboard in my settings on galaxy S6?

I want to change my keyboard to google but it is locked on the samsung keyboard. This happened after the latest software update.

welcome to the forum. Have you installed and activated another keyboard? The update didn't lock the kb.
