Why can't I disable Screen Lock?

I don't need a Password anymore but it keeps saying "Disabled by Administrator, Encryption Policy, or Credential Storage."

Also check which apps you have installed. Most banking apps require a password on the phone.

Go to settings then security and check your device administrator there only thing should be is find my phone , deactivate others as they can control your lock screen.
