Why cant i do group texting on my Galaxy s7? There is no option to turn on group chats

I've even tried looking it up but there is no options to do what it says like there is no options for a group text and I only get it from one person and when others respond they respond to me individually

That depends on how the original group text was set up. When you respond, you're responding to each of hem individually. (It's either that, or the texts go as MMS, and someone in that group may not have MMS [specifically, their APN] set up properly.)
