Why Can't I downgrade to 4.4.4 kitkat?

Hello there, I currently have the Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900P.
I used this tutorial to downgrade once and it worked.

Now that phone broke and now I have a new samsung galaxy s5. Doing the same exact process with the same firmware I downloaded from sammobile on the new phone I receive this error every time I try to add the firmware to the phone.

How can I get this to work?

I got the same error but mine was a bootloader lock from Verizon. Who is ur carrier?
