Why cant i download apps in my google play store?

I've tried clearing catche and data and i even reset my phone but it still doesnt work

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Did you actually do a factory reset, or just a reboot? What exactly happens when you try to install an app from Google Play? Do you get an error message? Does it just hang there?

Yes i did a factory data reset in my lg g2 and when i download an app it just say downloading but it doesnt load and after like 10 minutes its says error.its the first time it happens.

And right now im using amazon to download apps but not all are available like,

After the reset, were you able to successfully log the phone into your Google account? When you open Google Play Store, swipe in from the left--do you see your Google account at the top of that menu?
