Why can't I download email attachments anymore on my Samsun galaxy Note 3?

Hello,
I have had a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 for several years now. I am very pleased with this phone. Especially with regard to emails i have never had an issue. Lately i started having problems downloading the attachments of emails. Although i initiate the procedure for download by opening the email and then going to the attachments, the download bar will show up but the attachment never downloads. My emails arrive through an IMAP server. I would really appreciate help.

It could be a Synchronize issue: Open the Email-Account that

fails to download the attachment in your mobile and download

the attachment in your PC-Webmail+Refresh: Then sent

yourself an Email with attachment and try downloaded

in your phone: Did it work now.? postBack please
