Why can't I download from play store

[AC Question]

I have a 1plus three last night I updated it to Android 7. As I was finishing it asked me to correct the date n other small settings were also changed which I ignored & tried resetting it. But then I tried my Netflix half features weren't working I thought of reinstalling the app but then I realized I can't download/update no app from play store.
That's a bit strange pls help

You may need to change your Date & Time settings from Manual to Auto, or vice versa.
