Why can't I download?

i cant download

I have a Samsung phone....SGHI997R I can't seem to download anything from Google play store or Samsung apps. Won't sign in to anything either. I keep testing an error message can't connect to server. This is a pay as you go phone. I'm right beside my rogers modem . I pay for rogers internet. I can get it hooked up to WiFi but still won't download an app.

Try going to the App Manager, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.


If that doesn't work, try going to Settings>Accounts-Google, select your Google account, and remove it completely from the phone. Then add it back again, and see if that helps.
