Why can't I draw anything on the bottom part of the screen on Snapchat (Samsung Note 10.1 2014 edition)?

Snapchat bug Samsung Note 10.1 2014 edition

I was wandering why I cant draw anything the bottom part on snapchat, snapchat always deletes it. Have tried all different versions of snapchat and updating the tablet. Anyone know why this happens? and how to fix this bug?
