Why can't I enter text using my Galaxy S4?

I can't enter text using my Galaxy S4

Ok, so 2 monthes ago I dropped my phone and I had to change the screen. After getting my phone from service I can't enter the text when I want to write an SMS or use other applications like we chat or line. I didn't have such problems after breaking the screen, it started when I recived it from service. What can I do? People from the service claim that they do not see any problems.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying that the keyboard doesn't work at all, or only when you're using the Messaging app? Are there any other problems with touchscreen sensitivity?
