I have ripped cds to my pc using windows media player. i then used the sync tool in media player to put all the music onto my phone. When I look in my phones files through my PC they are all there but on my phone a whole album is missing and one song from a different album is in its own album. I have a One Plus 3 phone. Please help me to find the album and put the single song in its correct album. Many thanks.

Welcome to Android Central! Have you already tried using a file manager to search for that album?
In the future, I'd suggest not using the sync feature of WMP -- in my experience, it's always a little wonky with Android devices. I'd simply drag and drop your music album folders using Windows Explorer.
