Why can't I get multi-language (English/Spanish) with Blackberry's Virtual keyboard on my S8+?

When I go to settings and add spanish to my keyboard, Its still gives me only english suggestions/prediction. Had anyone found a way to solve this issue?

Not entirely familiar with this keyboard, but does it have a language key? Some keyboards require you to actually switch languages there to use a different dictionary/layout.
