Why cant i get my mms messages to download on my Vzw lg-g4 that i use on at&t?

I am not able to send or receive any picture messages on my vzw lg-g4 that i use on AT&T. I will also have 4g lte and then it goes to H ?

Are you sure the correct APN settings for the ATT network are set up on your phone? Since this is a Verizon unit, it might need manual configuration for 4G data and/or MMS to work properly when used with ATT's network.
