Why can't I get phone calls?

can't get phone calls

Hi I have a Vodafone galaxy s6. Whenever I call anyone it says conditional call forwarding active then immediately cuts the call without ringing. I cannot receive calls either and sometimes it says the network then emergency calls only I have to toggle airplane mode on and off to fix this. However I can text and use mobile data. Please help.

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like you should first discuss this with Vodafone. Maybe you need a new SIM card from them.
