Why can't I handle my Samsung S5 without turning the volume off or hanging up on the caller?

Each time I take my phone out of my pocket or my purse, I unavoidably touch the side of the phone and turn the volume off. If I am answering a call and take the phone from my pocket or purse, I almost always hang up on the caller before getting the phone to my ear. SO frustrating.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Accessibility​, and make sure Power Button Ends Call isn't turned on.
