Why can't I hard or soft reset my S6?

Can't hard or soft reset s6

after working totally fine in the morning, my phone (no problems up until this point) screen turned black and unresponsive. The blue LED is blinking every 2 seconds. I have tried to do the volume down and power (soft) reset and the volume up power and home (hard) reset. No response after either of these trials. I held the buttons down for at least 20 seconds each after trying 10 seconds too. Any help? I want my phone back

Have you tried to leave it plugged in for a bit? You may have to take it to your carrier or call Samsung.
