Why can't I hear anyone on a call and no one can hear me?

cant hear any1 or dey cant hear me at all phone fell once

my s4 active fell after a day or two cant hear any1 while on a phone call or dey cant hear me they hearing a noise i change my board and still same thing factory reset try same thing sum1 plz help

Try a repair shop. You diagnose the problem before you repair it.
