Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about hiding apps in the App Drawer? If you don't see that option any more, they may have taken it away. Tap the Menu button while in the App Drawer--nothing there? How about if you long-press an app in the App Drawer--are there any options that appear along the top of the screen?
