So I got the galaxy s5 around christmas time, and it's been working perfectly. A little choppy on people hearing me using wifi calling but aside from that it's great. However, as of 3 or so days ago, I come to find that I can no longer raise the volume of my notifications on my phone. I click the cog on the volume bar when trying to turn up the phone's volume and see that the icon for notification is stuck at mute and has a slash through it. As much as I try to swipe it, nothing happens. It's just stuck there. Also, after having this happen, the overall volume for my phone has gone considerably quieter. Almost to the point where I can't hear anything when clicking on icons or texting since I have the sound for that activated as well. Any quick fixes or advice?
