Why can't I listen to voicmails with uconnect on my HTC One M8 in my car?

Issue with HTC One m8 and uconnect

Have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with uconnect. Everything works great. I can make calls, receive calls, view phonebook etc. However, when I try to listen to a voicemail, I can see that it is playing on the phone, but no audio from uconnect or the phone. Help.

I have a 2015 GC and but I've never tried VM messages on it yet. Maybe you have to use Media rather than Phone? I can try it later and see what I get.
