why can't I make a call or use stock message app?
I unlocked my phone and switched to AT&T yesterday. Put new Sim card in service great in store. An hour later can't make a call or send/receive text messages. Went back new sim. Worked in store, back at office can't make call - mobile network not available. But I can text with Viber and Groupne, but not hangouts or stock app. What is going on?
