can't open EMAIL attachments on note 2?
I have a Galaxy note 2 on AT&T I've had for over 2.5 years. It was able to open pics attached to an email message until recently. Any pics sent in a text open fine, and the gallery app works fine opening pics stored on my device or the sd card. It used to work fine up until last week. It just shows a generic picture icon with a crack thru it. Sometimes it asks how do I want to open the pic, and I always say with the gallery, sometimes it didn't ask, but opened it fine. All the pics are good, since they all open and view ok on pc. I've tried clearing all the cache, ram, and storage. I even did a factory reset yesterday and they still won't open?
