Why can't I post pictures on Twitter.

Found out yesterday that I can't post pictures on some Twitter accounts in the comments section any idea how to fix this? Other accounts it posts the pictures fine on Twitter but others I wanna post pictures to it just fails & sits there in my draft box on Twitter. Tried clearing the cache and data & it still does the same thing. Any help would be appreciated.

When I try to post a picture it makes a new folder called Twitter on my phone but the picture is just a blank black screen as if the picture got corrupted but on the SD card the picture is fine.

Hello! Hmm, this is puzzling. I know that I sometimes encounter this issue with Facebook's comment sections. Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling Twitter?

Just edited my post but no I haven't tried uninstalling it & then reinstalling the app. Worth a try.

Hmm, that folder thing is odd. Try the uninstallation if you want and let us know what happens!

I uninstalled it then reinstalled Twitter & the same thing happens. Here is the folder it creates with the picture suppose to be a screenshot from Pokemon go.
