Why can't I receive incoming calls on my Galaxy Sumsung 5 phone?

[AC Question]

I can not receive incoming calls on my galaxy sumsung 5 phone

I can call out on my phone but it does not ring or display when someone calls me. I do however get a message if one is left but no notification that there is a voice mail ...HELP!

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have Lollipop, or still KitKat? If Lollipop, is it set to No Interruptions? You can tell by seeing a circle with a line through it in the status bar. If you're still on KitKat, do you have Blocking Mode on? Blocking Mode on the Galaxy S5 | Android Central
