Why can't i receive or send pictures on my Samsung galaxy s5 active?

I have net10 for my carrier using at&t towers. But for some reason I can't send or receive pictures. Can anyone tell me how to fix this issue.

Make sure the APN settings are correct: Phone Programming | NET10
