Why can't I see my Note 4 movie files from my PC ?

why I cant see Note 4 movie files from my PC ?

Hi,

I have a Note 4. when connected to PC i can see all multimedia files but ANY movie!! i can still see and play them from the device internal and SD. any help?!

Welcome to the forums. Do you have all the updated drivers for Samsung installed on your PC?
