Why can't I see ringtones on my Samsung Note 3?

Samsung Note 3 ringtone issue

Just got my new Samsung Note from work. Issue is I can't set Ringtones. Underneath the ringtone menu it say 'Hangouts Message'. When you click into the menu it comes up 'Choose Path' with different folders to select.

Open system settings > sounds > ringtones. This will change the ringtone system wide to the tone specified. Alternatively, you can open a particular app and open the menu > settings > notifications.
