Why can't I see videos I downloaded onto my Samsung S5 mini?

I can't see the videos that I downloaded to my pc, can only hear the audio part. why??

Welcome to Android Central! From where did you download the videos? Are you trying to play videos that you saved locally, or are you streaming the videos?
