Why can't I seem to install any apps?

Can't install any app

Every time I try to download the Facebook messger app. I always get error code :24 or :110 and this has been going on for 3 days! Without this app i can't even get on Facebook to message my friends and also I have deleted so much data and still nothing. Please can someone help me!!!!!

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?

Go to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.

If that doesn't work, then go to Settings>Accounts, remove your Google account completely, then add it back.
