Why can't I send a picture message on Zenfone 2E?

I recently bought an ASUS Zenfone 2E and I haven't been able to send or receive any picture messages and I don't know why. Can someone help me out? I have AT&T

What you mean u can't send picture? I assume this is MMS. You have to configure APN for this. I can't post link. But go to google and type "at&t mms android".

I am having issues with the same phone as well, but I have made 1 discovery. You need to go to settings and then Data. Slide the data "switch" to ON. This will allow you to text send and receive pictures but unfortunately your phone will keep asking you Sign-in to Network. I am currently try to figure out how to make that stop.

This all stems from not having a data plan, but I think there must be a way around it.

You need to enable data for sending picture & check if your MMS APN settings are correct
