Why Can't i send any texts on my samsung galaxy J5?

[Android Central Question]

I just got a new Samsung Galaxy J5 2016 and I had some problems. I couldn't receive any texts or calls but I could send them, so I took it back to the shop and they fixed it, well that's what I thought. I could receive texts, but now I can't send them.

please help, I really don't want to go back to the shop and ask again!?
