can not send emails and keep getting recommended apps pop ups.
I bought a samsung galaxy s5 smartphone in January. About 6 weeks ago it got where I could not send a email and also after unlocking the phone I would have recommended apps pop ups. I have check in notification panel and it is off for recommended apps. Have done updates, taken battery out. Also everything that is going on with my phone is also going on with my tab 4 10-1. I am lost please help!!!
