why can't I send pictures on Samsung galaxy s3

I just recently bought a Samsung galaxy s3 which was originally a Sprint phone and it is the model without a SIM card if that makes a difference and I am running on straightalk service and I can receive picture messages but cannot send them can someone please help! Thank you!

Do you mean using mms? It's that the service you use? MMS is notoriously unreliable. You can try to get mms settings from your service provider and install that setup on your phone that could be the issue. Try using something like WhatsApp to seems pictures, it compresses them but most people are not bothered by picture quality besides on the phone screen is still acceptable.

I was with Straight Talk and could not send or receive pictures or videos. They were no help. Kept telling me there was nothing wrong with my phone! Got tired of the run around. Switched to Galaxy s5 with AT&T. Same problem. Called their Customer service. They turned it over to the tech department and they fixed the problem. Straight Talk sucks!
