Why can't I send pictures through messages on my Amazon Fire phone?

can not send pictures thru messages on amazon fire phone

Been dealing with this for a couple of weeks, been on tech support both through amazon and walmart family mobile. Have checked and rechecked my apn info. Feel like it is a setting. Would love some help.

Ensure to also have mobile data on as this is needed for MMS messages.
