Why can't I setup a Viber account (my number got blocked somehow)?

Cannot setup viber account, my number got blocked somehow

I already have my viber set up on my existing phone and after few minutes I just got disconnected from viber. I tried to enter again and my account was not there anymore. Even worse when i tried to set it up for the second time, i just received an error and that's it. I couldnt set it up either from my PC.
I tried with different phone number. The same thing happened. I enjoyed my viber for couple of minutes and it's gone.
Could you please help me to solve this issue?

I'm facing the same problem,
I suggest that viber is blocking the device itself may be through the Device serial number

So when you use any new number it is blocked also

I dont think it would work. Send an email to viber customer support, explain them your situation. Only they can help you
