Why can't I stream live TV with my Android T95m TV box after enabling HDHomerun Client PVR?

I just received an Android TV box T95m, which is connected to my Vizio Smart TV via the internet HDMI, and was following the instructions on this web site above to stream live tv, but, did not work. Thought maybe I am missing something in the equation. After I enable the HDHomerun Client and go back to menu and select TV, I get this popup "you did not set up PVR". Enter add-on browser. When I select this it leads me back to a list of PVRs. Then it shows me that the PVR is enabled. I must be doing something wrong. Any idea? Thanks
