Why can't I switch Calendars after upgrade to Lollipop?

I cannot swith Calendars after upgrade to Lollipop

I had Kit Kat 4.4.4 and MotoG (2013 or 2014)

I have 4 different gmail accounts on my phone.
All of my calendar entries would by default go to gmail account " # 2"

But now after the update, when I open the calendar, it is showing calendar entries for gmail account " # 1".

Question: How do I view calendar entries for account # 2?

When I select the 'Calendar' app, I am presented with new screen and several "options" at top of screen per normal.

However, when I select the 'top left' option, it does present me with all my gmail accounts. But I cannot select any one of them to then look at the calendar items associated with that account.

It does list account # 1 and account # 2 and account # 3 and account # 4.
And each of these has a checkbox called "Events" next to it.
But regardless of what is checked or unchecked for events, the calendar only shows Events created for account # 1

Also, I don't see under "Settings" app where to set a Default calendar.

(Lastly, I am able to create new events for account # 2. But I cannot "View" them since my phone calendar only shows events for calendar/account # 1)

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Accounts-Google, select the Google account in question, and make sure Calendar is checked there.
