Why can't I switch from the front camera to the back camera?

I cannot switch from the front camera to the back camera.!

I cannot switch from the front camera to the back camera. When I click on the 'Settings' button inside the Camera app it doesn't give me the option to do it. Also, rather than just say 'Camera' when I click on the 'Settings' button, it says 'Picture Camera Mode'. Does anyone know how to get out of this mode? I was able to take photos two days ago so this only happened recently.

You need to play with settings, otherwise you can clear camera data on settings/apps/camera/ "clear data" if your phone camera app is so bad, try installing other camera apps.
