why I can't sync my music to Google play on samsung core prime?

It's says the sync is complete, but the files are not copied or can't be played by Googlelay music.

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. Are you trying to stream or download music in your Google Play Music library in the cloud on your phone? Or are you trying to upload music files on your phone to your Google Play Music library in the cloud?

This is my first smart phone and I'm having an impossible time trying to get my music (that I tried syncing to my phone from my cds on my desktop computer) to play. It said it successfully synced but apparently there is no music player on this new phone of mine? It'd a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime. I JUST WANT TO PLAY MY OWN MUSIC WHILE DRIVING IN MY CAR FROM MY PLAYLIST I PUT ON MY NEW PHONE!!!!!!
