Why can't I unzip a file for my Samsung S5 Active from Sammobile?

Cannot unzip file for Samsung s5 Active from Sammobile

I have downloaded the following file (using two different browsers), and have tried WinZip, 7zip, WinRAR, but all say the md5 cannot be extracted.

Is there some other method for unzipping these files for flashing to Samsung s5 Active?
