Why can't I update my LG G4 to Android 6.0?

I own two G4 phones. One of them (mine) is running Android 6.0 (mine) and the other says there are no updates available but is only running Android 5.1 (wife's). Any idea why this might be and if there's a way I can force an update to 6.0?

I don't know why that is, but try the update via a PC, using the LG software tool.
