why I can't update to the latest android software?
I've bought my Samsung s5 the first day when it released and I've still got android software 4.4.2 kitkat.. I've never received 4.4.4 kitkat and now the 5.0 lollipop is out i didn't received it either. While my girlfriend has updated without any problems. Everyday I check for the update but it says that I've already have the latest update while it's still on 4.4.2! I'm getting frustrated. . Can anyone help me please
