Why cant I use Emoji when the keyboard is expanded, only works when minimized.
I'm on a new Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, and up until a few days ago I could send emoji or emoticons, whatever they are called.
Now, I can only use them if the keyboard isn't expanded to see the letters and I just press the smiley face next to where you enter text.
If I type first, then press the smiley to use an emoji, nothing happens.
I've tried changing the settings in messages as well as reinstalling the google keyboard, however nothing has helped. I've tried both the google keyboard and the Samsung keyboard.
Can anyone help with this?
