Why can't I use my new debit card to pay out?

When I put merchandise into my cart and then I hit the payout. It brings up two debit cards that I no longer have. And when I try to enter my new debit card and it tells me that it will not accept my new card number. So I can't pay out. How do I take the two old debit card numbers off and just put my new debit card number on so it will accept that one?
