Why can't I use tri flat theme elements on my Xperia z1s

I just downloaded the tri flat theme which is good but I can't use the theme elements. Help!

Is it an icon pack? Are you using the stock launcher for this? Or is it supposed to be a dedicated theme made for your phone?

It's for the Sony Xperia series it's called tri flat and it has options to change elements like system colors status bar... but it's not working

Since it seems to work (or that's what the reviews on Play say), all I can think of is that you got a bad download (uninstall it, then install it from Play again) or that you're not using the stock launcher (theme packs are designed to work with certain launchers - other launchers need different formats for their packs).
