Why can't my Galaxy S5 receive calls?

Galaxy S5 win't receive calls

My girlfriend's grandma has a galaxy S5 through viaero and today it just stopped receiving calls. She still gets texts but when we call her phone it rings for about 15 seconds and goes to voicemail, it doesn't even show that anyone even tried to call on her phone

Sometimes the network services it self is the problem

Make sure she doesn't have privacy on, or doesn't have everyone blocked. If that's not the problem, contact the carrier. (Have the phone with you when you call - they'll want to test a few things.)
